I am a tenant, how do I get invited?

When your agent/landlord creates the tenancy agreement, they share your contact details (email) with us. Once your rental agreement is signed, you will automatically receive an invite to join Lofti and then be able to set up your account.

I am a contractor (plumber, handy man… etc.), how do I get invited?

When an agent/landlord has an issue raised by one of their tenants they have to assign a contractor to this issue. To be able to assign you to the issue, they need to invite you prior to the issue arising. Once invited, you will automatically receive an invitation to join lofti. You will then be able to set up your account and password.

I am a landlord, how do I invite tenants?

The invitation process happens automatically. As soon as you create a tenancy, if the tenant does not exist in our database, they will receive an invitation.
