What types of properties can be managed with lofti?

How does the “Tenant referencing” feature work?

Lofti partners with Canopy to conduct the referencing of your tenants and guarantors. As soon as you request a reference check on lofti, your tenants will receive an invite to complete their application with Canopy. You will get all the updates & reports you need directly in your dashboard. Read more about lofti’s integration with Canopy here.

What kind of support is offered for each pricing tier?

Email support is available for Essential and Portfolio plans with full phone support for those with 105+ units. However, a member of our friendly team will be in touch to help get you set up no matter what plan you’re using.

How does data migration work if I’m already using another property management software?

Some property management software can be added to lofti through API integration or downloading a CSV of your property information. However, this will be completely off your hands as we’ll migrate all of your property information for you. If you need help to set up your account, feel free to reach out to us using our contact page.

How does the API integration feature work?

API integration is a simple but accurate connection between different apps and software you probably already use. Software like Signable, Reposit, QuickBooks, Zoopla and Rightmove can be seamlessly integrated so you save time and can deal with all your property management from one dashboard.

Is there a trial period for the paid plans?

You can sign up for a free trial of lofti with up to five units, which is free forever. So, without needing to put in your card information, you can get full access by signing up. Paid plans will be charged after five units.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Once you want to add more than 5 units, you will be requested to add your card details in your account. You can still reach out to us if you have any questions or need help to onboard more of your properties on lofti. If you remove units in your portfolio and downgrade, this will be automatically processed and your plan will be automatically downgraded.
