When uploading your documents at the end of the referencing process you should come to the page the same as or very similar to the one here. 

As you upload documents that are needed for every application e.g application sport and 3 months of bank account statements, what is available to be uploaded will change based on your individual experience situation. 

The more documents that are relevant to your situation the quicker we will be able to process your application and therefore the quicker you can get approved for your next home. 

Proof of document

To start uploading documentation, you first need to click add next to the documentation you have, take for example bank statements.

You will then be taken to a page you can see on the left which invites you to choose the files from your device. When you click this, it will take you to your document finder, once you have found the document and uploaded it, it should look how it does on the right.

What Format do we need? 

To ensure the documentation is real and hasn’t been edited, we prefer different documents in different formats, however, no document can be uploaded if it is greater than 150 MB in size.

Passports, Visa and IDs 

Picture of passport or ID (jpeg or jpg) or a scanned pdf copy are both acceptable 

Bank Statements, Employment contracts, Payslips and Proof of Address 

We need a pdf that you can acquire from mobile and online banking.

Having these documents as a pdf makes it easier for our systems to process and speeds up the tenant referencing process.
