How to onboard a property

Onboarding a property fully involves 3 steps and much information input, but you don’t have to finish it all in one go.

You can do the minimum to add a property and operate on it (create a tenancy, manage maintenance issues), and complete property info gradually, at your pace.

Once a property is onboarded, you can update property info at any time.

  1. Click on ‘Property’ on the left menu panel.
  2. Click on ‘+ Add a new property’ button.
  3. Fill out the ‘Basic Info’ section.
  4. Click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the ‘Basic Info’ section.

And that’s it.

All steps to onboard a property completely

  1. Click on ‘Property’ on the left menu panel.
  2. Click on ‘+ Add a new property’ button.
  3. Fill out the ‘Basic Info’ section and click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the section.

  14. Click on the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the page.
  15. At the ‘4. Summary’ step, verify info and click on the ‘Done’ button at the bottom of the page.
