Do I have to pay to use Lofti?

For Landlords, you can use our Desktop platform for a fixed cost of £1.49 per active tenancy, per month. The first 5 tenancies are and will always be free. If you are an agency or property manager, please reach out top us for custom pricing based on your portfolio size and requirements. Our Lofti mobile app is free to download and free to use.

Can I cancel at any time?
For landlords, you can cancel your subscription at any time with a 1 month notice period. For businesses, cancellation terms will be according to the specific contract.
How does the free trial work?

Is my account safe and secure?
Your data is always secure. Data is transmitted through an encrypted channel (SSL) and is in turn stored and accessed securely using AES-256 encryption. Also, following GDPR regulation, we won’t share or sell your data to 3rd parties.

Who can use Lofti?

a. If you are a Landlord, Agent or Property Manager depending on the size of the portfolio you are owning or managing Lofti offers different options:
i. If you are a landlord, you can either manage your properties on our App or Desktop platform
ii. If you are an agent, property manager or a big Portfolio/HMO Landlord manage you can manage all your property needs with our desktop platform

b. If you are a tenant or contractor and your landlord/agent is using Lofti as his PMS, you’ll be able to raise (tenants) and accept (contractors) maintenance jobs
